Forming an agreement between us (church farm caravans.com) and you (the customer)
We want you to enjoy your holiday and have a stress free stay with us but there are some rules that need to be adhered to.
Damage – for any reason there is damage to the rental van and its contents the customer will be liable for any costs other wear and tear ie -the odd cup/plate/glass. This also includes the outside and patio area and furniture.
Replacement costs – if it is found that items are missing/unrepairable from the rental van the customer will be charged for the replacements at cost price. Depending on costing it may be taken with agreement from the customer via card that was used to pay for the rental. We will always contact the customer before taking any monies. All claims made by us to the customer will have a full inventory with photographic evidence supplied.
Smoking is not permitted in the rental vans.
Under no circumstance is there to be any drug paraphernalia permitted on the holiday village including the holiday let, if discovered you will be asked to leave without a refund regardless how far into your stay.
No same-sex group bookings or stag/hen parties as this is a family holiday village.
You respect your surroundings and keep noise to a minimum.
No pets allowed in our rental vans if found to have been there, a charge will be made for fumigating of the rental van.
We know you cannot predict what life throws at us and sometimes need to cancel your booking with us, therefore cancellation of your booking –
7 days or less of your arrival date you will lose 100% non-refundable
30 days you will receive 10% back
60 days you will receive 20% back
90 days you will receive 30% back
120 days you will receive 40% back
180 days you will receive 50% back
Our prices are fluid and are subject to change due to low demand etc. We aim to keep our prices low and in line with other competitors but we have to make you aware that the rental price includes water rates, sewage rates, electricity, gas, pitch fees. If you need to make any changes please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to help the best we can.
You are responsible ensuring the rental is secured for the duration of your stay that includes any belongings left inside/outside the rental, we will not be held responsible for any losses during your stay. This includes any irresponsible behaviour from yourselves from leaving taps running that could cause water damage, fire damage, burglary from leaving windows doors unlocked.
Please respect our rental van and its surroundings, please put rubbish in the bins, please do not litter with cigarette butts around the rental.
